2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
TOLC provides routine lawn services, property maintenance services, and plant installation services to homeowners and businesses. Service features, availability, and functionality may vary and are subject to change at any time.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:

5. FEES AND PAYMENTS
All pricing and billing terms are specified during checkout or in your service proposal. Payment obligations are non-cancelable, and fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may result in suspension of service. TOLC may use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to collect payments securely.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of service delivery.
7. DATA USAGE & PRIVACY

8. DISCLAIMERS
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” TOLC makes no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or specific property outcomes. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our landscaping services.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TOLC's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for Services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
10. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of our Services. Upon termination, any outstanding payments remain due.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
12. UPDATES TO TERMS
TOLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
